Risikat Olabisi Ishmael is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State where she obtained a Bachelor Degree in Economics ( Bsc. Econs).
She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and also a member of International Academy of Forensics (IAF).
She holds ACCA certificate in International Public Sector Accounting Standard and also in Forensic Accounting and Criminal Intelligence. She has attended some local conferences and workshops with certifications.
She had her Primary education at Command Children School, Ikeja and her Secondary Education at Mayflower Secondary School, Ikenne.
Mrs Risikat Olabisi Ishmael had worked at UAC foods, NBM Bank (now Sterling Bank) and also at Pivot Engineering Company Ltd before joining the Lagos State Government in 2013. She was previously a resident Auditor at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja before she was deployed to Lagos State Primary Health Care Board, Yaba as the Head of Unit.
